Today, I am grateful for the people that love and know me, they help keep me safe and sane. 

I am learning what a relief it is to know when someone’s response really has nothing to do with me. 

I accomplished having a super productive day, learning a lot about myself, and rejoicing in blocking someone from my life. 

I delighted in feeling supported, in sharing an insane story with people I love, and in recognizing an opportunity to be kinder to myself moving forward.
