there is always something to be grateful for...


Today, I am grateful for my yoga practice.  Even on the days when I am anxious and allow my brain to run me through what feels like a never-ending maze of negativity, I find some degree of peace on my mat.  I am learning how to be humble and trust in my higher power.  This is not easy for someone who spent years trying to control the entire Universe, but when I remember it's not all about me and that we are all doing the best we can with what we have, I relax and see the beauty in the world around me. I accomplished getting out of bed. I really didn't want to go to work today. I delighted in sleeping in, making chili, and hearing a team member got engaged.
