simple things

Today, I am grateful for the way the light shines into my home and the way it sparkles off the dewy trees that surround me. 

I am learning how to hold space for discomfort and to approach my emotions with compassion. 

I accomplished preparing dinners for the week. Doing this in advance helps me make healthier choices at the end of each day. 

I delighted in watching my dog sniff the yard and snuggle into his bed after playing with his favorite toys.
