I am learning how to approach all facets of my life with wonder and reverence.  I am releasing my desire to control and plan; I’m making space for spontaneity and chaos. 

I accomplished being kind to myself. 

I delighted in a sound bath, a hug from a friend, and in hearing the laughter of strangers.
