find safety in yourself


Today, I am grateful for the people who have taken me in and made me feel safe. 

I am learning what triggers my anxiety. 

I accomplished watching my crazy mind try to go down the "rabbit hole" and laughing as I gently brought myself back to center. 

I delighted in receiving a negative Covid test which was necessary for my Icelandic adventure, in a tree I was going to have to chop down falling naturally, and in receiving a heartfelt card and gifts from my soul sister.
