take back your power


Today, I am grateful to no longer push myself through, to be in a space where I can be honest about how I feel and able to prioritize my wellness when I wake up with a head cold. 

I am learning how to move through my fears. 

I accomplished taking back my power by speaking my truth and sharing my feelings with the people who gave me life.

I delighted in being proud of my strength and courage, in a good cry, and in the soothing sensation of hot tea with honey on my sore throat.
