Today, I am grateful for memories. I ate a freshly picked cherry tomato, still warm from the sun, while standing in the dirt and it immediately took me back to my grandma’s garden and the time I spent there as a child during the summers.
I am learning how to gauge if I am moving forward or slipping back.
I accomplished running a few errands.
I delighted in picking fresh veggies from a friend’s garden, in swimming with the girls on a hot afternoon, and in stepping outside and seeing the moon perfectly positioned over the mountains at dusk.
