release what you cannot hold


Today, I am grateful to come back to the belief that I cannot push away what is meant for me. 

I am learning how to release what I cannot hold. 

I accomplished mindfully watching the antics of my mind as my thoughts swung from trust to fear to trust…

I delighted in a delicious spinach and endive salad, in connecting with my soul sister, and in pictures of my friend’s puppy.
