"the only thing that is real is the present."


Today, I am grateful for the tools that help me stay in the present. 

I am learning how to release control over my day.  I ask the universe for flexibility, which she gives me, and then my ego tries to fill the day, week, month with tasks.  I am learning to let go of the obsessive management of my calendar. 

I accomplished attending a virtual ACA meeting and sharing the abandonment feelings that sprung up when the in-person one I planned on was unexpectedly cancelled. 

I delighted in a morning meditation, in yummy phở for dinner, in an afternoon nap, and in feeling good about the work I did today.
