it is what it is
Today, I am grateful for nature's many medicines...salt water, honey, ginger, lemon, cinnamon, olive leaf, and so many more.
I am learning when I speak my fear out loud to the universe and to someone I trust, it loses its power and releases its grip on me.
I accomplished being of service by answering the phone when a fellow traveler needed an ear.
I delighted in finding answers and a little peace during my meditation, in receiving reassuring words from my person, in a good cry, and in another early bedtime.
