courage to ask

Today, I am grateful for the unconditional love and support in my life. 

I am learning I will never get it if I don't ask for it. 

I accomplished finishing work for the week. 

I delighted in connecting with a friend I haven't seen in a while, in getting both an MRI and PT appointment scheduled sooner than anticipated, and in morning snuggles with the Poebear.
