conviction in things unseen

Today, I am grateful for my belief in a higher power. 

I am learning how to communicate more effectively with my inner family. 

I accomplished rising before the sun, and getting everything done I had set out to do. 

I delighted in a great PT session, in receiving a compliment without attaching to it, in witnessing a surprise rainbow on my way home, and in a cold beer at the end of a long, fulfilling day.
