power to choose

Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I feel empowered and as a result, I am choosing different rewards. 

I am learning how to recognize when my inner family is depending on someone other than me to meet a need.  And, to quickly reassure them that me and my higher power are here now and we will provide them with everything they need. 

I accomplished scheduling all of the wellness appointments for me and my sweet Poebear. 

I delighted in the handful of chocolate pretzels that helped me get through my workday, in a warm walk with the Poe, and in shutting down my computer and putting my phone away early.
