stop trying to be things you’re not


Today, I am grateful to know I am supported by forces I cannot see. 

I am learning to stop trying to be the things I am not. 

I accomplished connecting with a fellow traveler, completing the work that needed to be done, and getting to the gym for PT. 

I delighted in discovering new affirmations to help improve my sense of self-worth, in a long walk with the Poebear before the rain returned, and in meditating in the massage chair after my workout.
