recognize the pain and move toward it


Today, I am grateful I made it to the last class at the studio where I found my people, my home. 

I am learning how to lean into the uncomfortable feelings instead of running from them. 

I accomplished expressing healthy anger in the presence of someone I trust. 

I delighted in my first yoga practice in six months, in big hugs from people I love, in grieving the closing of a chapter, and in celebrating what’s yet to come.
