practice gentleness with your humanness


Today, I am grateful to know being human is not a character defect, and for the tools that help me practice gentleness with my humanness. 

I am learning my inner family needs a lot more positive affirmation from me. 

I accomplished finishing up my work tasks for the week, and making it to the gym. 

I delighted in feeling awesome in my body, in my favorite recovery meeting, in belly laughs, in live music, and in an unexpected afternoon in the sun with friends.
