Today, I am grateful for the guides that show up in unlikely ways and places, and for the receptivity that allows me to remain open to their teachings. 

I am learning how to discern what I believe, want, and need from the opinions of others. 

I accomplished saying goodbye to a sweet fur baby. 

I delighted in seeing two hawks during my morning meditation, in getting all the support I needed in a moment of chaos, and in yummy dark chocolate covered pretzels.
