soul expansion

Today, I am grateful for this period of soul expansion, for the feeling of something opening from within. 

I am learning I do not have to earn joy, I do not have to perform for love, I do not need others to validate me. 

I accomplished getting in touch with a new part. 

I delighted in ordering all the appetizers, in an afternoon with a friend I love, and in a fun new playlist.
