take time to love yourself today

Today, I am grateful for the respect and recognition I receive for the great work I do. 

I am learning how to immediately go to my higher power when I encounter something I need help with. 

I accomplished thoroughly cleaning the house. 

I delighted in sipping coffee while watering my whimsical garden, in discovering a leak before it became a problem, and in pausing to give myself praise and recognition for a job well done.
