Today, I am grateful for the little things in life that make me laugh big, like when my sweet Poebear startles himself when he toots. 

I am learning how to focus on the present moment by staying grounded in my physical body. 

I accomplished prepping meals, getting back to my mat, and making tangible headway on an extra-large project.

I delighted in watching ducklings dive for their breakfast, in a good cry, and in a sweet yoga practice.
