embrace what is happening right now


Today, I am grateful to be heading into a long weekend feeling confident. 

I am learning how to release attachment and embrace what is happening in my life right now. 

I accomplished signing back on to do one last work task without getting sucked into the never ending rabbit hole. 

I delighted in a crisp breeze on a lovely morning walk with the Poebear, in my favorite recovery meeting, in catching up with a friend I love and haven’t connected with in far too long, and in making plans to make the most out of the long weekend ahead.
