"thank you, but not now" - a loving kindness practice


Today, I am grateful for life. When I am humble, thankful, and present I am overwhelmed by the magic and beauty of the universe.  I am learning how to redirect my thoughts.  When I start to observe irritation, I pause, take a deep breath, and say "thank you, but not now." And, I send loving kindness to the thing that irritated me.  I accomplished being kind to myself and experiencing self love. I delighted in seeing the sunrise as I drove to get myself a fancy coffee.  💜
