let that shit go

Today, I am grateful for my job, for the financial freedom it provides me, and for the super cool people it's brought into my life.  I have grown more professionally and personally in the last year than in a number of years combined.  That's in part because I have chosen to be myself, and to use work as an opportunity to do my "work."

I am learning how to let shit go.  All of it.  Good or bad.  I'm practicing acknowledging what it is, paying gratitude for it having come into my life, and giving it up to the Universe.  Everything is temporary, I stay present when I allow things to pass freely.

I accomplished looking at old photographs and "feeling the love" without being overwhelmed or overtaken by emotion.

I delighted in opening my blinds to a bright new day.
