"shake the dust"

Today, I am grateful for my relationship with my body.  We're getting to know each other which is a beautiful, uncomfortable, and a transformation thing. 

I am learning the benefits of a lovingkindness practice.  I begin each day sending positive energy to myself, an other, and all beings.  Since I started, I have observed a perceptible difference in how I respond to myself and the world around me.  

I accomplished noticing when anxiety began to creep in and met it with a calming breath.  

I delighted in my yoga practice, in cooking a delicious meal, and finding the source of an ant trail that had formed in my living room.
