Create compassionate space
Today, I am grateful for tears. They gently carry away stuck and stagnant energy. Crying cleanses my physical and emotional body, it refreshes my soul.
I am learning how to refrain from bringing my past experiences into someone else’s present moment. I am learning how to hold space, to let them experience their own intuition, to give them a safe place to speak their truth and express their vulnerability.
I accomplished listening to my heart as I began my day and remembering the impact a single breath can have in helping me let shit go toward the end of it.
I delighted in fancy coffee, in meeting new people at my aqua aerobics class, and in recognizing my nasty perspective which I have the power to shift.
