Free love

Today, I am grateful for my mothers.  My biological mother, my bonus mother, my fairy godmothers, my soul mothers, my earth mothers, my chosen mothers.  I am blessed to be inspired, supported, and loved by bold, beautiful, brilliant women.  

I am learning the difference between sexual love, a love based in expectation and need, and a love derived from freedom and compassion. 

I accomplished preventing a passive aggressive response by removing my expectation of an experience and seeing (thanks to the help of a friend) the facts clearly. 

I delighted in brunch with my family, in enjoying a good cry at the movies, in an enlightening conversation with my soul sister, and in seeing a baby cow frolicking.
