Self-acceptance
Today, I am grateful for my growing self-awareness. I am beginning to view myself objectively. I can see my strengths and weaknesses for what they are, pieces of a whole. When I accept that one element, one characteristic, one behavior does not define me, I expand and accelerate my evolution as a human being.
I am learning how my desire for perfection causes suffering.
I accomplished a moment of self-acceptance. The more conscious I become of these moments, the more frequently they occur.
I delighted in sharing positive news with a team member, in learning that my soul sister can still make our getaway next week, and in recognizing I am great at my job.
