Thank you

Today, I am grateful for the people who have honorably served this country. 

I am learning how to observe and accept my thoughts without attaching to them. 

I accomplished spreading joy. I smiled, I laughed, I genuinely acknowledged others.  

I delighted in receiving a beautiful surprise gift, in walking the dog with a friend, and in setting off on a week-long adventure.
