Today, I am grateful for my willingness to feel my pain. It still makes me uncomfortable, but I am no longer afraid. For a long time, I pretended I didn't experience certain emotions and faked others. Now, I let them come and I let them go.
I am learning how to feel my feelings with pride. We all have feelings. Experiencing them is what helps us grow. It's time we changed our perspective. Feeling the feelings related to our pain doesn't make us weak, it's where our strength comes from. Own your pain, allow yourself to feel it, find your strength in it.
I accomplished thinking about what makes me happy, what makes me feel good. If we don't know what makes us happy, we can't bring more happiness into our lives.
