Don’t be the one responsible for your bad day
Today, I am grateful for my willingness to feel the feelings. From great sorrow comes clarity. When we allow the tears to flow the weight of sadness is replaced by a lightness of heart filled with love and courage.
I am learning how to redirect my mind. Since I have begun the practice of observing my thoughts, I have realized how quickly my brain goes to the worst part of EVERY situation. My mind is my instrument, when I am present, I can change the tune.
I accomplished waking with a positive perspective and carrying that with me throughout my day.
I delighted in making it to my aqua aerobics class, in carving out time to nourish my body, and in a morning run.
