Everything is alright


Today, I am grateful for new sheets.  I love my bed, it’s cozy and warm.  It brings me comfort and peace.  Celebrate the things that make you happy, no matter what they are.  

I am learning how to turn the dial down on the volume of my mind. 

I accomplished a healthy balance of doing necessary things and fun things and being present most of the day. 

I delighted in running for the first time in a long time.
