Working with myself, not on myself


Today, I am grateful for my breath.  This miracle of life is incredibly powerful, and gives us the ability to center, ground, and let that shit go. 

I am learning how to work with myself opposed to on myself. 

I accomplished going back to work with a positive attitude and I began the practice of bringing mindfulness and peace to the “professional box” of my life. 

I delighted in making a home cooked meal, in being honest with myself and another about how I’m feeling, and in an awesome team meeting which was a great end to my first day back at work.
