"what's broken gets stronger when it mends"
Today, I am grateful for recognizing my fears and being willing to face them. It's a gradual process that continues to take patience, time, and courage, and it's one that doesn't end. But I believe it's the only way to a limitless life.
I am learning how physical movement can quickly and positively alter my mental state. A simple walk or stretch can ground me back into the present moment when I've allowed my mind to run free and take me to the land of negative possibilities.
I accomplished being ok with not finishing everything on my "to do" list before unplugging for the holiday weekend.
I delighted in helping a friend, a walk with the dog, and relaxing after a full week.
