it's time to set me free

Today, I am grateful for the awakening of my authentic self. 

I am learning balance is a continuous process that requires conscious and continuous adjustment. 

I accomplished standing strong in my personal integrity. 

I delighted in catching up with my little sister and bonus mom, in saying goodbye to a great love and great friend, and in my gentle strength as I took big steps in support of being present and moving forward fearlessly.
