Laugh more


Today, I am grateful to be in a place where I can observe myself on the edge of anxiety and I can gently take my hand and lead myself back to peace.  Breathing, mindfulness, moving meditation, and gratitude have given me the tools to practice self-compassion, kindness, and grace. 

I am learning how to keep my heart open through all of life's experiences. 

I accomplished kicking off the process of packing. 

I delighted in mindfully sorting through my belongings, in making plans for a good friend's wedding, and in receiving messages from family and friends.
