Take pause and find your bliss
Today, I am grateful for the freedom that comes when I pause before reacting. The pause gives me the space to consciously choose my response and that is powerful.
I am learning how to pace myself and tune into my internal rhythms. When we understand how our bodies and brains, how our energy responds at different points throughout the day, we can provide self-care by arranging our responsibilities accordingly.
I accomplished loading the first boxes into my moving POD and pausing to appreciate this milestone in my journey.
I delighted in sharing positive news with people I love, in making it to my mat, in a walk with the dog, in beginning to untangle a new “problem” at work, and in people watching while enjoying a cold beer after a full day.
