Community matters

Today, I am grateful for a soul sister I can be honest and vulnerable with. Sometimes there is nothing more comforting than being able to speak your truth without hesitation knowing it will be received with love. 

I am learning I get what I need when I ask for it. 

I accomplished keeping myself grounded and clearing the energy around me. 

I delighted in spending the day with my parents (all three of them), in gifting things that matter to me to people who will love them, and in a hot shower after a long day.
