keep creating

 

Today, I am grateful for chances to carve a new path. Each moment, each breath is the opportunity to start again, to hit the reset button.

I am learning how to zoom out, to see the forest through the trees in my life. 

I accomplished focusing on what was needed to move forward instead of reacting to a person's disrespectful behavior. Sometimes we need to have the conversation, and sometimes silence is more powerful. 

I delighted in a delicious home-cooked meal, in booking a day of self-care activities, and in preparing for my soul sister to visit.
