keep life interesting

Today, I am grateful to embark on a journey to an unexplored land. I am thankful for new adventures, big and small. 

I am learning to pause, ground into the present and bring myself back to center. 

I accomplished boarding a plane to Iceland! 

I delighted in a beautiful walk through the fog, in a fun conversation with a woman from Denmark, and in receiving a compliment from a stranger.
