come from a place of possibility

Today, I am grateful for long weekends and restful days. 

I am learning how to use my dreams as a form of planning. 

I accomplished using the tools I have to get to the root of an irritation I experienced. Pausing to understand my reaction helps me identify patterns that are usually tied to feelings of shame that come from a desire for perfection. 

I delighted in seeing two hawks dance across a bright blue sky, in seeing a deer in my backyard, and in watching my dog cuddle up with a toy.
