ego or truth?

Today, I am grateful for fun, free, and honest conversations. 

I am learning how much easier my life is when I reach out to my support network for help. I am not alone, all I have to do is raise my hand, make a call, and my chosen family is there in a heartbeat. 

I accomplished having a great time at the dentist. I, like many, have an irrational fear of the dentist chair. My new doctor and all of the people in his office were over the moon kind and made what is usually an uncomfortable experience a very pleasant one. 

I delighted in exchanging flirty messages with an old friend, in receiving guidance from a soul sister, and in relaxing after a long week.
