ignore negative thoughts


Today, I am grateful for a mindfulness practice that helps me be fully present and not overly reactive to what is going on inside or around me. 

I am learning I am highly capable of knowing what I need. 

I accomplished sharing my "sight" with another human without fear or insecurity. 

I delighted in “yoga church,” in communing with my soul sister, and in exchanging spiritual readings with a new friend.
