love perseveres always

Today, I am grateful for the inspirational leaders who fearlessly, relentlessly, and consciously persevere to teach and spread love. 

I am learning how to recognize untruthful thoughts and how to break free from the patterns of response they've created. 

I accomplished going into a conversation with openness and a focus on my feelings, my reactions, and my responses instead of dreading what the other person may do. 

I delighted in naturally rising with the sun, in a morning meditation reflecting on courage and ambition, and in feeling the power of the full moon.
