rest or laziness

Today, I am grateful to be alive. Life can be challenging when we resist constant change. I am thankful to wake up breathing, with an able body, a sound mind, and a connection to Source. I am blessed to have the opportunity to live my life in the abyss of temporariness. 

I am learning how comparison only strengthens my judgements. We are not the same. There is no sense in attempting to align my journey with yours. We are all uniquely beautiful. 

I accomplished recognizing there is a fine line between rest and laziness. Rest restores me, laziness halts my growth. 

I delighted in being of service by helping kids understand color theory, in sharing knowledge with a soul sister, and in a friendly exchange with a local coffee shop owner.
