Star light star bright

Today, I am grateful to know my yoga practice has been deeply engrained in my physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. 

I am learning how to connect physical sensations to my ascension and my expanding ability to explore new vibrations in our multi-dimensional Universe.  

I accomplished finding a yoga studio and community that is just the right fit for me. 

I delighted in a remarkably clear night sky full of bright shiny stars and in a moment of reflection on the vastness of the Universe.
