lucid dreaming

Today, I am grateful for lucid dreams. They give me the opportunity to stand in the "in between," to witness a junction of dimensions, to experience new vibrations. 

I am learning how to trust in my gifts and how to humbly, safely, and gracefully share them with the world. 

I accomplished following my heart in a situation that in the past triggered a "people pleasing" response. 

 

I delighted in a woman warmly welcoming to join her group of friends for a beer after yoga church, even more so in laughing with them and in exchanging hugs before heading home.
