all you need to do is just be you
Today, I am grateful to be breaking free. I am putting aside an agreement I made to parent the people who gave me life, I am stepping into my own power so I can stretch my wings and fly.
I am learning how to release myself from emotional burdens to restore harmony and balance to my life.
I accomplished seeing a photo of myself and instead of immediately judging my physical appearance my first response was “I look happy.”
I delighted in watching my dog respectfully play with another dog, in a delicious brunch and Bloody Mary with my besties, and in laughing with friends.
