Today, I am grateful for my yoga practice. This moving meditation helps me ground into the present, it deepens the connection between my mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies, and it brings me to the place of peace within.
I am learning how to imagine my inner child as her own person and my adult self as a separate person comforting her. This helps me remember I am here to care for me, and I can provide the safety and security my inner child needs.
I accomplished screaming into the void and allowing anger, grief, and fear to release through my tears.
I delighted in walking through my garden plans with my landscaper, in sharing wisdom with my "little soul sister," and in feeling genuinely happy celebrating someone else's success.
