dance your heart out

Today, I am grateful for the spiritual teachers, facilitators and practitioners that have and continue to support me along my journey. 

I am learning how to fly my freak flag high, how to get comfortable with myself and the way I show up in the world. 

I accomplished making my day about me. 

I delighted in I watching a child unapologetically dance his ass off to live music at the farmer's market.
