Today, I am grateful for laughter and all the things in this life that make me smile. 

I am learning to honor the coping mechanisms that work for me and how to change my perspective to see these behaviors as tools that help me. 

I accomplished facilitating an important meeting and achieving a positive outcome after a night of violent diarrhea. Being a human can be real hard. 

I delighted in having my boundaries respected, in meeting a new team member in person, and in feeling my body relax at the end of the day.
